[SL] An Unusual Problem

Paper fliers and signs are a common sight around Republic City, either pinned to something or blowing freely in the wind after having been unmoored by a person or the elements. One of them reads the following:

HELP WANTED!

Looking for a small band of eager and enthusiastic go-getters to find a radical solution to an unusual problem!

Any curious entrepreneurs looking to earn some Yuans and experience something different on the job should have, but are not limited to, the following skills and/or characteristics:

• Aggressive negotiation skills
  
  
• A high amount of personal
  and business discretion
  
  
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
  
  
• Willingness to try new things
  
  
• Ability to work late hours
  

Compensation will be rendered
upon completion of the task.

There doesn't seem to be a signature or indicator of the business or person that put up this flier, but there is an address located at the bottom of the flier. It's to one of the docks on the edge of Republic City. Next to that is a date and time. This is probably a meeting time of some sort, but who meets in the middle of the night on the docks?

Karura passed by the notice. She paused, her eyes narrowing at the meeting location. This sounded suspicious and didn't give off the impression of honest job offer.

She brought up a notebook, tore a page from it and pinned it to the notice, bringing up a pen to write something on it.

I am interested in your offer and qualified for its purpose. I will be at the proposed meeting place.

She signed the note with her own name.
