Alright, as could be expected by a Season Finale, quite a lot happened in these two episodes. Helluva lot in fact. I'm not gonna say what happened here due to spoilers, but you can probably just look in chat for that stuff.
But damn... Whew! What a ride for the first season!

For some strange reason, I felt so sad about Amon's fate and life and everything. I wanted him to live, Tarrlok too. I never thought I'd feel for Tarrlok but I did. Still felt more for his brother though.
Seeing grown up Aang always makes something inside mushy. I miss his thoughtfulness and wisdom. First he was just a kid and then he's dead. Come on, too sudden, I needed to see stages of life. :'(
But anyway. Yey for Lin's bending back!
Poor Asami. She loses her home and stability, her boyfriend realizes he loves the Avatar, her father tries to kill her. Must be her year of misfortune and she still remains true to her cause. Tough cookie.
Does anybody else think Korra might have considered suicide for a moment when she was at the edge of the cliff? Since, if she died, the cripple avatar, a new whole one could be born.
Loved it. Everything. AHHHH.

Well, all I am going to say outside the Spoiler is Wow!
Also, I REALLY hope that have more then two Seasons. Korra needs more then two seasons in my book! Or, they really need to go back about forty years so we can see Aang and the Gaang growing up with their families. I think that would be awesome too. Okay, first off, you have to love the Homeless Guy. I thought he was great in the first episode, so seeing him again is actually very nice to see.
Next, Iroh is JUST like Zuko, maybe not completely, but a lot like him. I am not just talking about his voice either. I really like this guy, a lot. He is handsome and awesome all at once and hearing the voice just makes me want to... I wish I could jump through the screen and hug him! Haha! Love him a lot.
Tarrlok... Just Wow! I mean, that is just horrible that he had such a bad life and that he wanted to be good but... His father was too much a part of him. And his brother! Wow! Amon a waterbender! It explains a lot, but how can you take away bending by bloodbending?! I mean come on! I think Amon knew what was going to happen, the tears that came down his eyes, he knew what was going to happen and he just... Let it... I think it is a good end... No offense to either of them, but no more children from either of them to continue the rare ability of bloodbending outside of the full moon.
Korra losing her Bending, yet unlocking the airbending was amazing but sad all at the same time. Seeing her fight till the end, I think that really helped her reach out to Aang. It was amazing that Aang showed her how to give back the ability. I have been saying all the time that it was not Permanent, I just knew it couldn't be.
And Aang! Oh My Gosh! I love him now just as much if not more. I like how he still has that gentle and caring side, along with the much more mature side. And it seemed like Katara knew that Korra had reached out to Aang when she saw her giving back Lin's bending.
Now... Bumi... :D I see more of the Original Bumi in the new Bumi then anything and I love it. It made me laugh so hard when Tenzin looked to depressed that he would have to "Entertain" his brother. I honestly thought he was going to say something along the lines of, "Great, now I have to care for another child." I really did and I am sure that was what he was thinking.
Mako, OH MY GOSH! FINALLY YOU COME TO YOUR SENSES YOU GREAT ULGY FIREBENDER! Haha! Just Kidding, I don't think he is Ugly, but it took him long enough to realized that he loved Korra. But Poor Asami, I feel so sad for her. Fire her mother, then her father, then her boyfriend, and then her father trying to kill her?! She is not having a good year at all! I hope everything looks up for her in the next season.

I AM SOOOOOO MAD RIGHT NOW. Well, it's not the episode I'm mad about. In fact, it was awesome. What I'm mad about is the fact that my annoying little brother, who had already watched the finale before me, watched it again with me. About 30 seconds before Tarrlock committed suicide he told me that he was going to blow up the ship. Right after Amon took away Korra's bending, he told me that she would be getting it back. (which, I guess was pretty obvious, but he still ruined it) And when Aang was giving Korra her bending back, he told me that now she had the ability to give everyone else their bending back. Well, needless to say, I [this next part was too gruesome to write out] him.
Moving on from my messed-up family, the episode was amazing. I just feel so bad for Atsami. Mako is a complete jerk. (yes, I said it) He just dumped her. And then went after Korra. Personally, if I were Atsami, I would take that glove and electrocute him.
What happened at the end was just...awwwww. Well, happy ending, blah blah blah. The one thing I really didn't like was how in the A:TLA, there was the same problem throughout all the books. (which, is like, 61 episodes.) here, it was only 12 episodes, and about half an A:TA book. Now, there's going to be some new plot. I just really want to know what it is.

DAT EPISODE!!!! I think the only reason they didn't stretch it out over a bunch of seasons is because TLK was meant to be a mini-series at first. They probably had a general idea of what they wanted to do given one season, did it, and then Nick said "Here, have twelve more episodes and options for renewal." And I'm sure they all dropped a collective... hug. Yes, they hugged.

Book Two: Energy? That was my original thought. But she can already energybend by the end of Air, so I'm stumped.
Also: BUMI! Did anyone else get an overwhelming feeling of happiness when his name was mentioned? Freaking, Bumi, guys. BUMI. Just me?
