A man of two faces, Kidoma sports both a public agenda persona and a dark, deep seeded shadow only shown to few. On the outside, Kidoma is a charming, charismatic person who often has attention centered on himself; whether because of his stature or personality is a grey area. He is extremely social to all he meets and often tries to paint himself as a pillar of the community that is Republic City. After all, a business man with no face is just a corporate drone. However, once all the pleasantries of the day have been taken care of a sinister, brooding personality comes forth. Kidoma despises bending and everything that accompanies it. He believes it brings unbalance to the natural order as they have been given an unfair advantage compared to their non-bending counterpart. He does not wish death upon them, anyone actually, but rather an equal playing field for all people so that they may shine on their own merits and not those unjustly given via bending.
::a past to remember[/font]
Born the first and only child of two hardworking parents in Republic City, Kidoma knew little of the luxuries enjoyed by others as his family lived payment to payment in order to survive. With no spectacular events taking place in his life, the boy felt himself destined to join the workforce just as his parents had done and live the simple life of a worker. The Republic City dream, if you will. However, as the times changed and the city transitioned to a more bender-oriented workforce Kidoma's father was laid off of his job in favor of those who could control the elements. Life had been tough enough with two people in the family working, but with that effectively cut in half things only became worse. Aside from the occasional odd job here and there, his father could never hold steady employment, and as such his mother would take on extra shifts at work to try and cover the load. Unfortunately, the stress would prove too great which caused her to fall ill and eventually pass when Kidoma was seventeen.
His father was torn to pieces over the death and would only survive his wife for two years before succumbing to deaths icy embrace himself. Now effectively orphaned at the ripe age of nineteen, benders became public enemy number one in Kidoma's eye. He blamed them for taking away his father's job and the sole reason for the death of his parents. He began to seek those who could help him in his endeavors against benders and eventually came across a group of chi-blockers that were willing to teach him the art; without hesitation Kidoma accepted. Using the little inheritance that he gained from his parents, he opened a small business that employed the services of benders for general tasks. The psychology behind this was to use the business as a cover for observing their techniques and finding ways to counter them.
Now at the age of thirty, Kidoma has become an established business man in addition to a notable public figure. Of course, he uses this as a ruse to hide his true intentions of bringing balance back to the world through whatever methods necessary. He is aware that such a task is impossible alone and has begun his search for those that share his ideals.
