animal companion:A light brown/blond dog. Her name is Mai and she is 6 years old. She is very loyal and doesn't listen to anyone else but Nao. She can be very playful and likes little kids and to be petted. Nao found Mai outside in the rain when she was very little. She was almost dying so Nao took her home where he took care of her. She never left his side ever since.

He has short white hair coming till his cheek bone, not really spiky. he looks a little younger than his actual age. He looks more like 15 years old. a little small but still well built. His yellow/golden eyes look very warm and innocent. they don't seem to have any hate in them. Nao's clothes are very simple. He always wears some sort of scooter/motor glasses on the top of his head. he also always has a bag with him with him with chi-blocker stuff in it.

dislikes: Rain and bad weather, benders (especial fire benders), children, people who talk to much and wont shut up, being woken up, hurting people without a reason.

Nao can be very nice but only if your nice to him. He does not speak much at first. Most of the time he is very calm. Towards benders and especially fire benders he is very cold. Since everything what happened in the past he has he big hate towards them. Mostly he just ignores them unless they wont leave him alone or anything.

Nao was born in a small village which had hardly any benders around. So Nao didn't know much about it as he had not seen it much. there was one bender in the vilage he knew. It was a girl and the was an water bender. She never was nice to Nao and always treated herself as if she was higher than anyone who did not bend. Nao really had the dislikes for her.
Everything was peaceful until some day. Nao was walking home as he was done playing with his friends in the woods. His dog was following him everywhere. He had found some time ago when she was hurt out in the rain. Wile walking home with them they saw a lot of smoke coming from the village. They began running towards the villager seeing everything was burning and people where running around trying to escape of safe their families. Nao stood before his house, seeing some fire inside. "mommy, daddy" he screamed and ran inside. He stopped and stood still as he looked at some man holing his parents. Before he knew it his parents where killed by those fire benders who also had burned the village and killed many other innocent people. Nao had never been so scared in his life.
Nao could not move and was starring with wide eyes at his parents who where now lying on the ground. Mai, his dog began braking and made Nao come back to reality. He started running, out of the village as far as his small legs could take him. Small tears ran down his cheeks. That day he spend his night in the forest. Mai was the only one he had left. As soon as the the sun was up he started walking together with Mai towards somewhere he had never been. On his way he came trough another village which was burned. The smell of fire and death was hanging in the air. Why did those benders do this. Hurting people who had never done anything wrong. Where was this so called peace the avatar should have brought. Nothing had changed. Everything was still the same. It was all the fault of the benders. All they could bring was war and pain. Nao his hatred towards benders was being created after seeing his parents die. Not many days after losing his parents he arrived at Republic City. He was hungry, thirsty, tired and really confused.
Since he did not have any money and did not know how to get any food or water without stealing it. He walked trough the streets. A few streets away was a market. Nao had decided there was no other way than stealing. Walking towards a stand with fruit he did as if he was looking around to decide on what to take. When the woman behind the market stand looked away for a bit he took some fruit and started running away. This was not a smart thing to do. The woman was an earth bender and had seen Nao steeling the food. She screamed some words to him and began bending the ground. The ground began to move underneath Naos feet and made him fall hard on the ground. The woman stormed towards him stomping one feet on Nao and graped all her fruit then walked away. Nao was in pain and was even more hungry than before. Standing up a sharp pain run trough his ribs.
He slowly walked into a dark ally. Mai still followed him. Why had never been a bender nice to him... he knew stealing was bad, but still. it felt as if his ribs where broken now. Falling towards the ground his fission went black. The last thing seeing was someone walking closer.
When he woke up he found him self in an unknown room. Mai was lying on some blanket in a corner of the room. He had been found by some old man. Nao could stay and lived there for a long time. The man seemed to be pard of some organisation called the Equalists. Every day the man talked hatred into Nao. And Nao being really confused believed him. One day he was token to the place where those so called Equalists came together. There began a live for Nao. He became part of the Equalists and became a Chi-blocker. Not only he had the stuff chi-blockers used those days but he also trained very hard to become a good chi-blocker without using weapons. He got better every day. The man who found him when he was young had passed away. But still living in the house he secretly is part of the Equalists.
