You may not even notice my absence, but this week will be pretty hectic. Tomorrow all the windows in our house are to be replaced and I've had to tear my room apart to give the workmen access to my window (I had a big-ass inbuilt desk right in front of mine).
We're taking advantage of this room-wrecking business to go the whole hog and have me and my sister switch rooms. In for a penny, in for a pound, right? So that'll mean I'll be doing the necessary painting and redecorating and moving all my stuff to her room, which will mean sorting out and throwing away and all the boring stuff that comes with having to reorganise a brand new space.
So.
Tomorrow I'll be keeping my manic kitten away from the holes in the walls where the windows used to be so he doesn't get any bright ideas and try throwing himself out of a first floor window. He would, too. Because he's a dumbass. And the day after it'll be painty painty time and... well... you get the picture. Lots of stuff to do, not many days in which to do them. So everything's being crammed into a tight schedule and I may not be on for the next couple of days.
Apologies to those who I'm in threads with. I haven't forgotten you, and I'll post as soon as I can.
