"CASIMIRO"
name: "Casimiro" or "Casi"
gender: Male
age: (Late teens, Early twenties)
element: Non-Bender(?)
animal companion: None.
::looking pretty good[/font]
hair color: Dark brown
eye color: Gold
skin color: Very dark tan
overall appearance:
"Casimiro" wears his dark brown hair long and unruly, hanging down to his neck and oftentimes covering his eyes, giving him a mysterious and feral look. His face is deceptively attractive, with dark skin and piercing gold eyes. Over his right eye is a set of three long vertical scars that runs from his foreheard to his cheek. The center is the longest, while the two flanking it are shorter. Frequently a sinister, toothy grin can be found on Casi's face. It often finds use in trying to beguile women with its "bad boy" charm, or telling his victims that he's going to enjoy watching them bleed to death.
His body is muscular and well-defined, and stands at almost 5' 11". His shoulders are broad and often used to great effect when making the moves on someone. Not that he would need to all the time since Casi seems to abstain from wearing shirts, preferring to wear open-front jackets or vests to show off his torso. Pants are typically simple affairs, long and sometimes tattered around the bottom of the legs and at the knees, showing wear and use. His clothes lack the colors of the separate nations, making it difficult or impossible to really guess where Casi is from, instead opting for simple blacks and greys with gold or white trims.
It's almost guaranteed that somewhere on his person, usually hidden from view, is Casimiro's favorite weapons: a pair of matching knives he stole from some rich guy's place on a whim. They are simple in design, but are made from highly-refined metals, making them immune to the antics of Metal Benders.

overall personality:
The man known as "Casimiro" can be summed up in one word: Dangerous. Casimiro is an animal, a beast, carnality itself in the guise of a human. A person who runs solely on the impulses of the Id and drive to seek pleasure and satisfaction. Now normally that would put him on par with many other people with less-than-civil wants and less-than-appropriate methods. But Casimiro takes particular pleasure in doing and getting what he wants at the expense of others. At best, he simply disregards all other people. At worst, he goes out of his way to make other people miserable for his amusement. If he sees a woman he wants, he shall have her and take great pleasure in her protests. He'll steal your possessions for no other reason than to see you cry. He would take a life just to not be bored.
There is a simplistic elegance to Casimiro's behavior. He seeks pleasure and fulfillment, and likes to make people suffer, but there is no higher purpose. There is no grand scheme or drive to his actions. There is no revenge plot, no anger at the world, no dissatisfaction with his lot in life, and really no reason he does anything. Casimiro lives in the moment, easily forgets the past, and never looks to the future.
Of course, all of that also makes Casimiro reckless and kind of dumb. There are not many instances where Casimiro takes his well-being into account, sometimes finding himself in highly dangerous situation. Albeit, he never shows any form of fear or trepidation, happily staring down a Bender or a sword if the situation is still deemed "fun". As for the dumb part, Casimiro never invested in some kind of education or formal training of any kind, so he comes off as kind of an idiot frequently, and downright gullible at other times.
Some would say that there is something wrong with him, and they may just be correct. Perhaps somewhere in his physical make-up, he lacks the simple something that would create even the slightest bit of empathy or sympathy towards another person, and the simple something that would give him some impulse control. But whatever the case may be, Casimiro loves himself and the way he is, and no one can convince him otherwise.
::a past to remember[/font]
[History that "Casimiro" is willing to divulge]
For as long as "Casimiro" can remember, he had never had a place to call home, or a family that cared for him, or one he ever cared about either. The closest possible thing to any of those are places he held up for awhile to avoid the heat, and gangs or criminal partners that he temporarily joined-up with to do something larger than he could have done on his own. Aside from that, Casi has been traveling around the land, stealing everything he could, messing with peoples' lives, and generally being a menace to anyone unfortunate enough to be around him.
Over the years, Casi has done/committed a great number of illicit deals. Theft. Arson. Murder. Assault. Rape. The list goes on and on, Casi is only too happy to continue make that list longer. When Republic City went up, Casimiro instead saw a gold mine of fun, pleasure, and sadism open up.
[History that is known to "Casimiro", but will not be divulged in most cases]
Casi does remember that he had parents, at least at one point in his life. However, he does not remember a thing about them. Not whom they are, where they came from, nor why they seemingly abandoned or lost him. For the most part, he was raised, at first, by foster parents(?). These lucky souls only saw that Casimiro was a wild, almost feral, child whom impossible to discipline or control. Luckily, he ran away, or was given up, from most of them and they never saw the beast he would eventually become. Their attempts at subduing his sadisitc personality were in good faith, but were ultimately futile.
After that, he spent most of his time alone, surviving as a sort of street urchin with violent tendencies. Gangs were quick to pick up on his presence whenever he was in their areas, and attempted to recruit him. Most succeeded in bringing him into the fold, but all failed in trying to keep him in line. It was at this time that Casi discovered his love of gruesome violence and death, and things really started spiraling out of control.
Now he felt power in his hands. He no longer had to take orders or rely on other people. He could just have what he wants, when he saw it, from whomever had it. Whether that be some money, or food, or a pair of knives that he took a liking to.
[History that is NOT known to "Casimiro"]
The parents of the terror that would become "Casimiro" were unlike him in every way. It was a classic Romeo and Juliet scenario. One was from the Fire Nation, the other from one of the Water Tribes. Obviously their relationship was one that could not be. The individual families were old fashioned and still clung to the resentments of the Hundred Year War, but that did not stop the two from getting together and eventually having Casimiro. Unfortunately, their tale did not have a storybook ending. The increasingly violent and uncivil protests of the families forced the couple to abandon their child to a foster family.
